Myalbumonline.org is a free service. The following conditions are enforced to ensure the trouble free operation of the software for everyone. Members that violate these terms will have their Photo Album deleted without prior notices. Keep a back up copy of all of your photos on your local computer.

We provide for our users file hosting for either personal or commercial use.

The maximum Album size is 50MB.

As long as you are an Member in Good standing Myalbumonline, offers free, unlimited storage of your online photos.

The files uploaded :

-shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items.

-shall not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.

-shall not be obscene, contain child pornography.

-shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.

User passwords and login credentials are to be protected by the account owner. We will not be responsible for unauthorized account access in the event a password is protected by the user. If you suspect a person has accessed your account without authorization, it is your responsibility to change your password.

Users found to be otherwise abusing the system will be subject to account termination at the discretion of Myalbumonline.org.

Your account should be active - that is, it is either receiving visitor traffic or is being updated/posted to on a regular basis. Sites that either receive no visitor traffic or are not updated for a period of 365 days will be considered 'inactive' and may be removed by Myalbumonline.

We do not share your information with third parties in an attempt to monetize your information through advertising, Spam, or other devices that would compromise your trust in Myalbumonline.org.

Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability.

In order to change any of your account information with us, you must use your Account Identifier and Password that you selected when you opened your account with us. Please safeguard your Account Identifier and Password from any unauthorized use. In no event will we be liable for the unauthorized use or misuse of your Account Identifier or Password.

You agree that we may terminate your right to use our Services if the information that you provided to register for our Services, or subsequently to modify it, contains false or misleading information, or conceals or omits any information we would likely consider material.

You agree that this Agreement and the rules and policies published by us are the complete and exclusive agreement between you and us regarding our Services. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent.
